Mode of Shipment:

·      A Proforma Invoice or Quotation will be offered to each enquiry on the basis of volume/weight and place of destination and shipment and delivery of the products will be of your choice, preferably by courier companies – UPS; DHL; TNT; Fedex; etc.  We can ship through your forwarding agent by Air, Sea, Truck or Railway.


 

Currency Prices:

·      ALL PRICES are offered by Able Global Healthcare are in :-

o       U.S. Dollars ($)

o       Ex-Works Kuala Lumpur Warehouse – subject to change without prior notice.  Taxes are not included.

For payment by T/T, a service charge USD20 will be added to the total payment amount.


 

Stock Delivery Period:

·      All products are shipped within 10-14 days depending on availability of stock and the minimum order quantity and minimum order value are met. 

·      In the event of re-stocking delay due to manufacturers’ production, we shall inform you prior to shipment of the pending delivery if requires more than 14 days or you can request for the full refund on or after 14th day after your remittance to our bank account.

Claims:

·      Goods are carefully inspected, counted and packed, leaving our warehouse in perfect condition.  Since prices are based in accordance with our ex-works policy, all claims must be filed by buyer with carrier.  Where possible, we will assist buyer in reporting any claims.

 

Credits and Goods Returned Notes:

·      All returns must be accompanied by prior written authorization from AG Healthcare Credit Note will be issued only for merchandise returned in unused, saleable condition, subject to restocking charge. 

·      All products shipped in error by us or defective may be returned for full credit.  Products which have reached their expiration date or have been discontinued are not returnable.
