Product distributions by our organization in this part of the region are mostly on an exclusive distributorship agreement.  It is one of the many business philosophies that we do not represent competing products or services upon assuming the exclusive appointment by the various principals.

Future Project Vision of AG Healthcare is to extend and continue providing dedicated general healthcare services which is affordable to various regions in Malaysia.  One of the projects is to establish a Built-In Health School for the Special Children; A Woman Hospital; A 1-Stop Centre for parents to obtain necessary information regarding education and treatments.

James Ng

Managing Director

As a managing director of AG Healthcare, with more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, Mr. James Ng is responsible for setting and implementing financial plans, strategies and processes for AG Healthcare. He has been responsible for the company's financial plan and the development & evolution of its overall business strategy for last seven years. Mr. James Ng holds a business degree in finance and an MBA degree in International Marketing.   Successful implementation of these strategies has resulted in major growth and increased efficiencies in these companies.

Frank Lew

Finance Director

An United Kingdom Bachelor Degree Business Studies businessman with 18 years of corporate experience with foreign banks and local conglomerates,  Mr Lew  brings along his rich and extensive network of venture capitalists and financial institutions to provide the necessary financing for AG Healthcare's business expansion programs.

S. K.  Liew

Logistic & Distributions Director

The integration of strategic and operational efforts within the company's distribution network of scheduling the mobilization and deployment of units, personnel, equipment, and supplies lies in Mr SK Liew's capability to plan, gain access to, and deliver to the required points of application across the distribution network operations, i.e.  transporting and the movement of units, personnel, equipment, and supplies from the point of origin to the final destination of Ministry of Health hospitals which includes medical healthcare and  laboratory supplies.  For each of the above functional areas, Mr Liew employs these four elements of the logistic process: Procurement and Contracting, Distribution, Sustainment, and disposition and disposal.

Dr Mohamed Kassim 

Medical Consultant/Director

Pioneered with the idea to serve the rural, semi rural population with affordable and humanitarian health services after toying with the idea for a long time while serving both armed forces medical corps and the Ministry of Health hospitals in Malaysia. Had been a part-time Lecturer in the Dept of Primary Care Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine, University Malaya.

Involved in Volunteer medical missions in Bangladesh during floods, Afghanistan in 2000-2001 during war to help the affected people.  Headed a few medical missions there.  Lead medical missions to Banda Acheh, Indonesia after Tsunami.  Lately, lead many medical and relief missions to various earth quake affected areas in Pakistan. 

Dr Sylvester Marianagam Joseph

Business Development Director

Graduating medical practitioners may specialize as general practitioners or in many branches of medicine but for Sylvester Joseph prefers to be in the health services entrepreneur.  Graduated with a MBBS from Ranchi University, India  and has been a medical practitioner since 1986 opted to be on board with AG Healthcare focusing on business development projects in start-of-art medical in high technology medical/clinical and application fields of medicine with our existing team players.

Dr Ahmad Kamal

Consultant Radiologist

Dr Ahmad Kamal, a former Deputy Dean and Consultant Radiologist for AG Healthcare has vast experience in medical imaging,clinical technologies and applications who leads the team for AG Healthcare's Continued Medical Education for clients the medical imaging industry in Malaysia.

Wilfred Lim

As a Marketing Director of AG Healthcare, Mr. Wilfred Lim brings along with him an over 23 years of management experience in strategies and processes for AG Healthcare.  He brings a wealth of experience including organizational leadership and development, global channel strategy, implementation, and marketing acumen. He has been instrumental in expanding the company's business development processes, strategic planning, market development, product marketing and sales.  Mr Wilfred Lim provides the vision for the Company and is committed to its future growth through business development and product distributions.

Biomedical Technical Manager/Director

As one of the founder members of AG Healthcare, Mr. Michael Lee has over 18 years experience in the electronics & electrical industry, he has explored various technical management and development positions focused on research and development on technology enhancement and security.

Sarav Vaithialingam

Project Biomedical Manager

Technical Support and Reliability Engineer with working experience in the oilfield and in manufacturing industry of more than 25 years had his postings in various countries, Singapore, Australia, Dubai-UAE and Malaysia. 

Project Engineering Experiences & Exposures:  Computerised test station for automotive alternator output performance and audible noise testing and screening using Frequency Spectrum Analysis (FSA).  Open and cased hole wireline transmitted formation evaluation logging.  Cement bond, Temperature, Pressure, Natural Gamma, Resistivity (Induction and Laterolog), Nuclear (Neutron, Compensated Density), Spontaneous Potential, Acoustic (Sonic), Thermal decay neutron (pulsed neutron).  Product Quality Management( Advanced Quality Planning) to the corporate Quality Standard( encompassing ISO 9000 requirements) from the design of product Design FMEA and Design Quality Audit to ongoing in-production product and process audits.  Developed a PSD based positioning system for precision(20 micron capability) positioning for a m/c used in semiconductor manufacturing.
